About me

I am originally from Girona, a small, beautiful city near Barcelona, in Catalonia.

When I am not doing philosophy, I am usually with my wife and our two children. I love to cook and to try out recipes I have never made before.

I write in Catalan, my native language, both fiction and non-fiction. I publish bi-monthly op-eds in the newspaper L’Esportiu, where I explore philosophical ideas through writing about soccer. I love watching soccer and am intrigued by how it reflects the virtues and vices of the societies we live in. It is also a way of bringing philosophy closer to people who may not normally be drawn to it.

I am an FC Barcelona fan.

I really enjoy being outdoors: hiking, fishing, or foraging for mushrooms.
